Down payment
Most of the price is paid within a short window after booking. Sometimes comes with a lower effective rate. Suits buyers with funds ready and a clear intent to hold.
Omaxe Super Corridor payment plan options decide how much cash you need and when. This guide explains the common plot payment structures, works through an illustrative schedule for a 1,200 sq. ft. plot at ~₹3,350 per sq. ft., and shows how to fit a plot loan and your future construction budget into one plan.
Omaxe Ltd. sets the payment plan for this project, and plans can change between phases or special offers. Treat everything on this page as a guide to how plans usually work, then ask for the current plan in writing.
With possession expected from January 2027, most of the payment for a plot booked today will fall within the next few months. The possession date guide explains what that milestone involves.

A plot loan finances the land purchase only. A composite loan finances the plot and the house you build on it, with the construction portion released in stages. Lenders generally finance only part of the plot value, and eligibility depends on the project’s approvals, RERA registration, your income and the lender’s policy.
Plot-only loans usually do not get the same income-tax treatment as home loans for a completed house. Ask your tax advisor how a composite loan is treated once construction is complete.

The plot is step one. If you plan to build soon after possession, map both budgets on a single timeline:
Keep a buffer for statutory charges and design fees. Before paying anything, confirm the registration status explained on the RERA page.

The payment plan is set by Omaxe Ltd. and may vary by phase or offer. Ask for the current plan in writing. Common structures for plotted projects include down payment, time-linked or development-linked instalments, and a balance at possession.
The booking amount is decided by the developer. Under the RERA Act, a promoter may not accept more than 10% of the cost as an advance or application fee without first entering into a registered agreement for sale.
Many banks and housing finance companies offer plot loans or composite loans (plot plus construction) for approved residential plots. Loan eligibility depends on the project's approvals, RERA registration, your income and the lender's policy.
Some developers offer a lower effective price for upfront payment. Ask whether any such option is available for this project at the time of booking.
