Future Development in Super Corridor Indore
Future development in Super Corridor Indore is driven by three things: more of the Indore Metro Yellow Line opening along and beyond the corridor, road upgrades between Indore and Ujjain ahead of Simhastha 2028, and continued growth of IT and education campuses. This page separates what is operational, under way and only proposed, so you can judge each item on its merits.

The Metro and the Super Corridor
The Yellow Line is planned as a loop of about 33.5 km with 29 stations. Its priority section runs along the Super Corridor, which is why the corridor was among the first areas of Indore to get metro service. As the loop extends towards Radisson Square and the airport, corridor residents gain a rail link across the city.
For current drive times and station positions relative to the project, see the location page.

How to Weigh Future Development in Your Decision
- Operational beats announced. Give most weight to what already works: roads, campuses, open metro stations.
- Under way beats proposed. Projects with contractors on site are more reliable than those at DPR stage.
- Timelines slip. Plan your purchase so it makes sense even if a proposed project is delayed.
- Nearby does not mean adjacent. Check distance from your plot to each new facility.
