The Project
About Omaxe Super Corridor Indore
Omaxe Limited announced plans on 8 July 2025 for a 450-acre integrated township along the Super Corridor in Indore. The township is planned in multiple phases and combines residential plots and housing clusters with commercial, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare and green spaces. The residential plotted offering is listed at approximately 455 plots, with sizes of about 800 to 5,000 sq. ft.
The indicative reference rate is around ₹3,350 per sq. ft. At this rate, an 800 sq. ft. plot works out to about ₹26.8 lakh and a 5,000 sq. ft. plot to about ₹1.68 crore, before additional charges. Actual plot pricing depends on the selected plot and the latest price sheet.
Why buyers choose a plot over an apartment
A plot gives you control. You choose the architect, the layout, the materials and the timeline. You can build one floor now and add another later as the family grows, within the permitted floor area. In Indore, where independent houses remain the preferred home format for many families, a plot in a gated layout combines that freedom with the security and shared infrastructure of a planned community.
Land and buildings have different cost, liquidity and maintenance profiles, but plot values can fall as well as rise. Any purchase decision should consider title, development status, location, holding period and the risk of being unable to resell quickly.
Who this project suits
- Families who want to build an independent house near the Super Corridor IT campuses
- Buyers upgrading from an apartment to a home with their own terrace and garden
- NRIs and out-of-town buyers who want land in their home city to build on later
- Long-term buyers looking at the Super Corridor as a planned growth area
Who should think twice before buying here
Being honest about fit helps you decide faster:
- Buyers who want a ready-to-move home. This is a plot. You will need to arrange construction separately, with its own timeline and budget.
- Buyers who need immediate rental income. A vacant plot does not generate rent. Income comes only after you build and let out the house.
- Buyers with a very short horizon. Real estate is not a liquid asset. If you may need the money back within a year or two, a plot may not be the right fit.
- Buyers who cannot wait for infrastructure to mature. The Super Corridor is a planned growth area. Some social infrastructure — schools, hospitals, retail — is still developing.
Before booking, check the current MP RERA record, approved layout, title documents, written cost sheet and possession schedule for the exact project phase. Review the sale agreement and payment terms before making any payment.
