Where Development Stands

The project launched in July 2025 and is scheduled for possession from January 2027. Between those dates the developer prepares the layout so that plots can be handed over ready to build on.

We do not publish percentage-complete figures without an official source. Once the project is registered, quarterly progress reports on the MP RERA portal will be the authoritative record. Until then, the most reliable check is a site visit or dated site photos; the photos guide lists which shots to ask for.

Why It Matters

How Progress Affects Your Payments and Possession

If you choose a development-linked plan, instalments are tied to these milestones, so progress on site directly shapes your cash flow. The payment plan guide explains the structures.

Progress also signals whether the expected possession from January 2027 is on track. Roads, drainage and power must be in place before plots can be handed over in a usable state. Track the date itself on the possession date page.
