Why Indore Built a Super Corridor
Indore grew for decades along AB Road, spreading through Vijay Nagar and the ring-road belt. By the 2000s those areas were dense and land was scarce. The Super Corridor was planned to open a new direction for growth: a wide, high-capacity road with land reserved in advance for employment, education and housing.
The strategy worked in stages. IT employers came first, then universities, then residential colonies and townships. The metro followed, with its first section along the corridor opening in May 2025. Each step made the next one more likely, which is why buyer interest has picked up in recent years.

What You Can Buy on the Super Corridor
Residential options span plots in private colonies and gated townships, apartments, villas and some affordable housing schemes. Plots are the most common format, because the corridor was planned with large land parcels. Our Super Corridor property guide compares each type.
Among branded options, Omaxe Super Corridor Indore offers approx. 455 residential plots of about 800 to 5,000 sq. ft., launched in July 2025 with possession expected from January 2027. RERA approval for the project is under process.
